Getting the most out of Brokers Claims Management

We pride ourselves on effectively and efficiently handling your claims.  We are passionate about this as we know that when our job is done correctly, insurance claims are handled quickly and efficiently and everyone is aware of what is going on.

With changes in the Insurance claims processes, different companies use different methods for notifying claims and what is required.

We prefer to use a claim form to ensure that all the information is recorded and to stop mis-interpretation and allow you to document what has happened. (Even if we lodge the claim over the telephone)

Due to our insurance experience we are then able to monitor and ensure that the claim is correctly dealt with, assessors appointed if necessary and that we not only follow-up you and the insurers when necessary.

I have a claim at the moment that I need help on, can you help?

We are able to assist you with claims that you may have with an insurer and you are experiencing difficulties with.

We assist on a fee basis and require all documentation and a letter of authority to be able to negotiate the claim with your insurer.

For more complex and large claims, we are part of a group who offer a full fee-basis claim management system.

For our own clients, we provide claims submission and monitoring as part of our initial policy fee.
