So that we can save you time and paper and improve our services we prefer our clients to receive their insurance documents electronically.
This includes documentation such as:
• Proposals or application forms
• Policy schedules
• Policy wordings (PDS’s)
• Premium Funding applications
• Marketing material
• General correspondence
At Insuring theProduct we send documents electronically, we will deliver your insurance policies, Product Disclosure Statements and our Financial Services Guide and other disclosure documents by sending an email with PDF attachments or sending an email with a hyperlink or sending a letter with our website or a combination of these options. If you would like us to communicate with you in this way, you do not have to do anything further.
If however you wish to receive a hard copy of your documentation rather than emails, please let us know so that we can ensure that your file is noted accordingly.
If at any stage you no longer wish to receive documentation from us electronically or you require a hard copy of any documentation, please contact this office and we will arrange the paper copies.
